These areas of practice include and focus on the representation of healthcare providers in their purchase or sale of practices, establishment of new practices, formation and structuring of partnerships, negotiation of lease agreements, and acquisition and sale of real estate.

Paul’s extensive experience with real estate, and all varieties of real estate transactions, allows the Firm to represent its clients in all aspects of a business transaction. Paul routinely represents clients in the acquisition and leasing of all types of real estate including commercial buildings, office buildings, condominiums, cooperative units, and mixed-use properties.
