Michael is an associate attorney at the Firm whose practice areas include healthcare transitions, business acquisitions and sales and commercial real estate transactions, with a strong focus in dental and optometry transitions. Michael’s practice spans across all aspects of these transactions and also includes lease negotiation and entity formation and corporate governance. Michael also assists the Firm in its property tax appeal practice, which is primarily focused on the representation of municipalities.
Prior to joining the Firm, Michael worked in Princeton, Chicago, and Kalamazoo at global Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturers, advising on U.S. and international financial and healthcare compliance matters. Michael was a frequent speaker presenting legislative policy and trends to the industry’s top legal officers at PhRMA.org conferences and his work on financial transparency law was published by BNA Pharmaceutical Law & Industry Report.
Michael’s experience in the healthcare industry began with his legal training at Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating with a concentration in Health Law. Separate from his legal practice, Michael is involved in operating small businesses throughout Monmouth County and understands the challenges of starting and growing a business firsthand.
